    • Winner will be randomly selected from registered entrants who meet these rules.
    • Your chance of winning will vary based upon the number of individuals who enroll.
    • Winner must be a resident of Leisure World Seal Beach. Winner need not be present.
    • Name, email, and phone number fields must be completed in order to win.
    • The winner who accepts the prize must agree to have their name published as the winner by SuperWire on the SuperWire website, and in LW Weekly (LWSB News), Facebook and the NextDoor app. If you decline this clause, you forfeit the prize, and a replacement winner will be selected.
