Due to the coronavirus emergency, we wish to do our part to limit the spreading of the virus.

As of Friday March 13, our entire team will be available, but we will be providing PHONE SUPPORT ONLY. The office will be closed to the public until further notice.

Please call us during the normal office hours of 10am to 4pm, and our team will provide all the services we currently assist residents with regarding their cable, phone or internet service.

  • Billing questions
  • Change of service
  • Problems with hand-held remotes
  • Problems with services

Also, our in-office team will be suspending our home-visit service until further notice. We will do all we possibly can do to assist you by telephone, and if we can not solve your issue by telephone, we will assist you in obtaining a visit by a Spectrum home visit.
